The AVRS AGM is to be held on Tuesday December 6th

This is final notification that the AVRS AGM will be held in the Millennium Hall, Gwilym Road, Cwmllynfell SA9 2GH at 1.00pm on Tuesday, December 6th.
The AGM dinner at the Taybarns has been cancelled.
Please note that while we always welcome new members, any applications for membership received now cannot be processed in time for the AGM.
This means that only those registered and named on the current list of members held by the membership secretary will be eligible to vote at the meeting on December 6th.
Anyone wishing to join the society can downoad the application form by following the link below.
There are three tiers of membership:
- Managers: Full voting rights (Managers must register).
- Ordinary membership: Includes full voting rights with an annual subscription of £5.
- Volunteer membership: Free for all volunteers, but with no voting rights. Volunteer members may apply to upgrade to ordinary membership at any time.
